Manual Unblock

£75 + vat

This service is to clear any soft blockages in toilets or sinks by using drain rods or plungers

Mechanical Unblock

£95 + vat

This service is used to clear any tough blockages inside pipe work by use of spring machine or mechanical suction vac

High Pressure Water Jetting

£140 + vat

This service is used to break up debris inside the main drain with the use of high-pressure water jetting machinery to break up material and flush out your drainage system

Drain Camera

£75 + vat

This service is charged per half hour for the hire of the drain camera to inspection or investigate any potential issues that may be occurring within your drainage system

Sundries

£20.00 + vat

Sundries may be required and are chargeable whereby for example an angle grinder is required to cut open cast iron or if ladders are required to access height.

Costs are charged per hour, after 16:00 weekdays and throughout the weekends the costs are x 1.5

Minimum call out charge of a manual unblock is applicable upon attendance to any site or address whereby if the policy holder or customer does not want or require any further works to proceed.
